How do I get bagit to pick up my items?
Simply fill out our pickup request form above. Once your items are approved, we’ll confirm a pickup time and collect them from your doorstep, reception, or building security — at no cost to you.
What happens after my items are picked up?
After pickup, we inspect, photograph, price and list your items. You’ll be notified once they’re live - and again when they sell.
Are there any items you don't accept?
We don't accept fast-fashion basics, underwear or swimwear.
As a general guideline, items should have an original retail price of at least AED 150+ and be suitable for resale. We review all items individually and only list those that meet our quality standards.
How are items priced?
We price items based on brand, condition, original retail price, and current resale demand. We also review comparable prices across the resale market to ensure your item is competitively priced. If an item doesn’t sell initially, we may adjust the price to improve its chances of selling.
How do I get paid for my items sold with bagit?
Once your items sell, you can choose between bagit store credit or a commission payout via bank transfer. Payouts are processed within 2-4 business days after an item sells.
What fees do you charge?
We keep pricing simple and transparent with two fees:
1. Processing fee: AED 10 per accepted item
Covers quality checks, photography, pricing, listing and support.
Only charged for items we accept and list.
2. Commission when your item sells
35% on the first AED 250
20% on any amount above that
You keep the rest. Bagit manages the entire resale process, including customer service and delivery.

Item sells for AED 500
Processing: AED 10
Commission
• 35% on first AED 250 → AED 87.50
• 20% on remaining AED 250 → AED 50
Total commission: AED 137.5
Your payout: AED 352.50
What happens if my items don’t sell?
If an item doesn’t sell, we may adjust the price to improve its chances. If it remains unsold, you can choose to have it returned for a small return fee or donated free of charge.
You’re only charged the AED 10 processing fee for items we accept and list. There are no additional fees for unsold items.
